House 77 (Concept Design for Mr.Wild)

The intention behind this design is to explore the idea of "Low Cost, High Value"--how to use the crappy material to build something that looks like something. One idea is to use the structural insulated panel-SIPs, for reduced construction time and cheaper material. The out perimeter fence walls are built using either regular tilt-up lightweight concrete walls or, if structurally sound, OSB boards sandwiched with a grid platform constructed by 2 x 4s, then applying a out-layer stucco. Everything else should be simple and clean-lined.
