Big Balcony: an experimental idea of making the square footage of balcony bigger than the building itself, as can be seen on the floor plan, building itself is about 1/4 of the whole floor area.
Landscape as Skin: the "revolutionary" concept of this design is to use planting as an integral part of the building design--that is, the planting itself is the skin of the building, rather than just a site element. Hence, all floors should be unformly planted the same kind of bamboo trees at strategically located places. All gardens on all floors are pre-designed, they should not be left to the occupants' discretion.
